Blocking an investigation on sensitive info leak

I would like to express my complete dissatisfaction and extreme disappointment as an FNB very long banking client and share my frustration and concerns after being armed ****** whilst coming from withdrawing R200, 000.00 from the above-mentioned FNB branch in Durban and unfortunately no co-operation or expected assistance has currently been received from the Branch with conducting a proper investigation in connection with this incident yet there is overwhelming evidence that sensitive information that lead to the armed ******* was leaked from this branch, in-spite of a formal complaint that was logged and a formal request for a proper internal investigation with the Branch, since the 03rd of November 2014 when the incident took place. In fact, the investigation has been jeopardised by the Branch.

The most important evidence is that it became very clear that we were expected by external parties, either than the bank personnel, to pay a visit to this branch to make a withdrawal of R200, 000.00 on this day. This has been positively verified by a number of confirmed facts.

Sensitive information, which lead to the armed *******, was leaked by one of employees and that's proven.
