blocked pin

<p> I swiped my card at a shop and after entering the pin on the first attempt i recieved a sms that the pin was blocked and i should contact the nimber on the back of my card. I called that number and was told that they dont deal with pins.</p> <p>My problem is that</p> <p>1. i know i entered the pin correctly</p> <p>2. Pin was Blocked without 3 attempts.</p> <p>3. Sms advised me to call the call center when they are unable to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>This inconvenience me as wasted my time and airtime calling the help desk, need to use cheque account instead of credit card, and i have to take time off from work to go into thr bank.</p> <p>Service is ****.</p>
