blocked internet banking profile

Our business internet banking profile is blocked yet again. I wish i could say im suprised., this is the same problem we faced when we were setting up. We know our password and username! WE HAVE TRANSACTIONS THAT HAVE TO BE MADE, WE CANT KEEP HAVING TO RESET OUR PASSWORD. CAN FNB FIX THIS NOW??
