Blocked Family Trust Account - FICA

On 5 March 2015 - FNB Bank decided to block my our Family Trust Account, without any prior communication with any of the Trustees. On Monday 9 march 2015 after us calling FNB, we were informed it is to do FICA. When we asked what it is all about and what documents is needed, and where it need to be send, we were told they? will contact us. 5 days later on Friday 13th at 13h00 we were contacted by Van Zyl from the business department who told us what documents is needed and where we need to send it to. Any communications (Telephone and Emails)thereafter from us to FNB, whether it was our Private Banker, info line, complaints department or our own branch.... was simply ignored. If and when you did get an answer it was this \Backlocks..be patient"<br> <br> Today it is 22 days"
