Blocked ewallet services

What is the point of calling this number *** for assistance unblocking the ewallet services.... I've been holding for 20mins and still nothing. I don't even know how and when I got blocked. A friend of mine sent me money on Saturday around 8 pm and I didn't get an sms at 1st I thought it was network but on Sunday I decided to dial *130 *277# to check my balance and that's when I realized I've been blocked. Today I decided to call but I still didn't get help.... Please unblock my number ***
