Blocked ewallet number

My number has been blocked for months now. ***. I called fnb call centre they said the person who sent must unblock and they did call to unblock , ever since every day I get all kinds of stories, they keep.On adding days of when it will be unblocked. It's frustrating all consultants tell different stories to top it all they are rude. . I need help, as I.need to access my funds it's almost 2 months now. Please help, I can't work now
