Blocked Credit Card

I was in Brooklyn Mall trying to buy my girlfriend something nice but then my credit card declined and I got an sms from FNB saying my credit card was blocked due to *****elent transactions. I got the card Friday and expected it to work now nobody can help me unblock it. Thank you for the embarrassment FNB.
