BLOCKED CARD??? WHY FNB???

Why would you block my card, just for me to unblock it the banking app?????? WHY WAS IT BLOCKED FNB??? I looked like a complete idiot at the shops!!! I am so tired of FNB. There is always some sort of stupid issue with this forsaken bank
