Blocked Card- No help to unblock

I am trying to unblock my card after I thought it was a ***** transaction, but I get no service. I am calling their ***** department, and they keep on putting me through to a department that is discontinued. I cant use my bank card. I wait 40 mins plus for a consultant and eventually if I explain the problem to them, they just hang up the phone. I went in to the branch and they said they can’t help, i need to call the service centre. While one of the consultants told me I can only do it at a branch ?? Really FNB ?? How am I supposed to pay for my daily expenses and basic needs if my card is blocked and I Have no access to my money?
