Blocked card - no assistance

Honestly the worst bank to ever bank with, especially if you have a business bank account. They are really inconvenient and they do not care about the customer's best interests. They assigned me to a Thabo Lebepe ( ***** Consultant) and one day he is on leave and one day his phone rings and he never answers, they blocked my business account and they are not assisting me in reolving this matter at all, its been 21 days today and still nothing from their side. but if i send an email and tag the superiors then i start getting calls but besides that all they know is to sit on their butts all day and not assist us or just give a mere feedback. I AM FED UP
