Blocked business account

I would not recommend ,I have logged a problem with Hello Peter, of a blocked account with FNB which I happened to get a reference number. But still even today my business account is still blocked the incompetency on another level, I keep cycling in rounds to the same spot the bank is not coming up with any aid to help open my business account, so I can try continue operating my business since now its collapsing due to this matter.
