Blocked Business Accounr

I have a small business and I’ve been banking with FNB for a year on the 25th. My business is online.y account was blocked due to a complain they received which I do not have full details on as I haven’t been able to reach anyone since Saturday.

I use this account to run my business and I had clients playing money in to the account since Saturday and I’m unable to fulfill those orders due to this block.

I’ve sent emails, I’ve called and used so much airtime and nothing.

These clients that have paid Noe are also going to complain because the longer FNB takes to get back to me the longer it will take for me to fulfill orders.

I am pleading with someone at FNB to please see this and assist me to sort this out asap. Business is already such a struggle without having to deal wirh such hurdles.

I have an upcoming funding meeting with them for this account and I’m stressed out that that will be affected negatively by this and that is the thing that will help my business to function better and it have issues such as blockages for late orders.
