Blocked app

Worst service received ever. I was contacted letting me know that FNB blocked my online app for they suspect someone tried to hack my account. I went into the branch at Bethal were I was told that everything is fine and the account is not blocked. When I tried to lock into my account a pop up appeared that the account is blocked. Put in all my details just to find that FNB system is not available to update my details. Bo ho FNB.
