Blocked account with FNB

Hi Sir/Mam Our account is blocked by FNB. We were a few times at several banks to help us. According the bank our KYC, FICA , and Tax forms are in place. We can not give a tax return, because our account were opened in March. We spend hours on the phone. So we want to know if there is anyone in FNB that can help us unblock our account Thanks
