Blocked Account - Useless Service

Last Year July I was asked to Re-Fica my Charities Account - (this after we had just changed signatories) - All they wanted was the same information again - Fica Docs of the Signatories - Done.<br> In Dec I got a phone call to say that I had not submitted the info requested - to which I rep**** that I had. They then said they would check and treatened to freeze the account.<br> On the 10th Feb - They froze the account - Since then it has been a nightmare - <br> They have asked for documents they never asked for before because they are \missing"- <br> The Branch cannot help you"
