Blocked account no assistance

My issue with this bank has been going on for more than 2-3 weeks they have blocked my account, I provided everything they have asked for, so that they could unblock my business account which hold my business everyday operations but even today I am not working and I have lost a lot even my employees are devastated due to this issue. This bank's incompetency is beyond par their analysts are not willing to assist any query I am beyond disappointed as a client.
