Blocked account

Once again, our business account gets put on hold. Not even a phone call or email stating the reason why! Had to shut down the company until further notice again! We have to call fnb to find out that they suspected a *****ulent payment coming in to our account so the account got a hold on it. This is absolutely ridiculous how they operate. I will be taking this further for loss of income with my attorneys.

No use trying to call the useless call centre. Most of the time they just hang up anyway.

Bunch of *********** people at fnb.

Been with them for a number of years but this will change very shortly.
