BLOCKED ACCOUNT

I have never had such an experience.My FNB account is been blocked for a month now I have called and reported it they ask for proof of payments I provided them but still nothing yet, their service is very bad, I must just go and bank with another bank.they do not value their customers....there are funds for transportation that I need to access but I can't had to borrow money for transport while having money in my account
