I am so disgusted with FNB service. How do you block someone's account since November with no communication what so ever. Surely you must have some sort of explanation to this. I have been banking with you people but now you turn around and treat me like trash.

09 Mar 2021, 22:10Good, day, my issue is still not resolved. Instead it has been assigned to someone who called me with no solution at all. Instead he did not even know what was happening and still promised to refer me elsewhere. I am not pleased at all and may be it would be best if I moved my banking to an institution that cares.
