Blocked Account

I had a dispute with a client last year December and he went to block my account. We resolved the issue and we emailed the ***** department and they do not respond I even emailed Proof of payment to Yolanthea Pyon she doesn't respond even calling her she doesn't pick up. Please FNB open the account I want to pay charges so that I close the account. I am very disappointed
