Blocked account

My name is Bhekumuzi Wiseman Ndlela, Im having an account with FNB that was put on on hold from 30th of June 2023till to date, last week the investigating officer asked me for documents for further investigation, I did sent them on Monday via email, but what suprises me is that they are not acknowledging receipt of my documents it's quite now no communication at all, I'm frustrated and very angry with my situation because my money is in the account and I can't use it,
