Blocked Account

Fnb blocked my account a client deposited funds in my account and they new why. My account was blocked I called fnb and went to the branch for assistance the person handling the case was told to refund the client so I can have access to my account and funds. I tried to get hold of the person but no help was received my account is still blocked
