Blocked account
I'm having trouble with my FNB account. I can't send money, and I have 42k in there for rent. I called FNB, and they first said the block was because of a 49k deposit. Then, they said it was an 18k deposit on the 18th. But I can't find that transaction on my statement, which only goes up to the 10th. What should I do?"

05 Aug 2025, 13:39I haven't received any calls or emails from FNB explaining why my account is blocked. Every time I call, they transfer me around without providing answers. I need to pay my rent urgently, or I risk losing my place. I need a full report on who blocked my account so I can either contact them directly or provide you with the necessary information about the transaction to resolve this.
