Blocked account and Bad service from Samantha Malgass

I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BANK WITH A WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS FNB.

My account was blocked ( over 14 days ) after i contacted the department responsible after calling numerous times they finally gave me an investigator. I submited all the required documents and proof to a Samantha Malgass. Till now this woman can not acknowledge or call in this regards. FNB staffs are clearly under trained or totally useless. It is shame it is the only bank account I have after the ridiclous charges I get every month. over 1000 rands, yet no show for the monies spent. Avoid FNB!!!!
