Blocked account

I have a business account with FNB which is blocked due to a reversal Ewallet I did. My account was then block since 20/11/23. I was not even notified when my account was about to be blocked, not even a call from them. I then got a call on the 9th day from a consultant asking about the Ewallet. She then said their still investigating the matter. It's day 16....still no email no call from them. FNB is the worst bank ever... it looks they don't care about the interest of their clients. I hate this bank. It's December time...I need to use whatever little have in that account...I can't.
