Blocked account

My name is Bhekumuzi Wiseman Ndlela, I'm giving feedback that since my account at the above mentioned bank was put on hold on the 30th of June 2023there is no communication between me and the bank, I have sent emails and make phone calls, and they always promise to contact me within 24hrs, and it never happened till to date, I have lost hope on the institution, I wish they can allow me to withdraw my money and they can continue with the investigation
