Blocked account

I Bhekumuzi Wiseman Ndlela, I wrote to hellopeter last week about my account that was put on hold by FNB for investigation, I have been running around like a headless chicken for the whole week trying to find answers from the branch, but they don't have, they keep on telling me to contact ***** department myself or wait for the investigating officer to contact me, the investigating officer has not contacted me till to date, I have tried several times to contact them myself but no help at all, I really don't know what to do now, if my account was empty I would have just forget about it, the problem is my money in the account it is they are frustrating me, for what I don't know,
