Blocked account

My name is Siphiwe Ndlela,I had a personal account with FNB, last year April 2024, my account was blocked due to suspected *****ulent activity, there was a transaction made by my client for the product she bought, they claimed that transaction was *****, they asked for documents to help them with investigation, I supply them with that, from there I have been sent from pillar to post, without any results whatsoever, now the new investigating officer is telling me that the case is finalized and my account is closed, it won't be open again, my problem is that I have money in the account, I would love the bank to give me excess to withdraw my money and they can close the account after that I don't have any problem, I'm only asking for help to get my money from the account, that's all I want help for.
