FNB blocked my account because of A R200 payment from my wife on the 17th pf February. They did not even notify me that the account has been blocked. We need to biy groceries and pay bills but can not because of this situation! Pathetic bank, with no help from the ***** line

26 Feb 2024, 16:40I will be taking this matter to the ombudsman now, as FNB has still not sorted out this matter. They say 7-30 days, how do i feed my family? How do i pay my bills? Who is to be held responsible for the fines for late payments on my bills?
