Blocked account

My name is Bhekumuzi Wiseman Ndlela, ID ***, I have an account with FNB and my account was blocked last week Friday for no reason known to me as an account holder, until I went to bank that's when I find that it is on hold on suspicion of *****ulent transaction, upon enquiring I don't get any explanation which transaction is that and on what date, they only say I must wait for the investigating officer she will call me, the problem is that I can't buy food for my family and do all my family needs, Im stuck and I don't get any assistance that satisfy me as a client, with this my family is suffering, I need help
