Blocked account

I've always trusted fnb with my finances but yesterday I was very disappointed I wanted to withdraw money late for transport, only to find out that my card is blocked/frozen without my knowledge after that the ATM swallowed my card. I tried to check my banking app, I couldn't do any transaction. All my savings they just decided to freeze them without even communicating. I don't know why.i just want my savings back
