Our business account is blocked for the last 3 months due to KYC/Fica compliance. The past 3 months to date has been hell for our business, we have been to many fnb branches and submitted tons documents via email and to branches but help. FNB call center is useless you will be transferred from one department to another without resolving your issue. FNB is Useless and don't deserve to be called a Bank.

19 Oct 2022, 12:30FNB its a force that out to distroy small businesses and they are using FICA as a vehicle to carry thier nefarious ways. Our businesses has been frustrated 😠to a point that we wish for nothing but to have our account closed so that we can move to another bank. Our experience with FNB is been that of pure evil and deliberate poor service.
