******** block on my account

If I could give a -100 rating I would have done that!! PATHETIC BANK! They blocked my account due to the person who had paid my salary had a ***** block on their account! Now they have blocked my account due to the funds they have paid me!! Since 13 May 2023 I have been calling FNB ***** department. Just to be sent from pillar to post and till now nothing has been resolved. FNB also confirmed that the ***** case has been cancelled by the initial person who laid the charge ( not even on my account but the person who paid me) but FNB ***** keeps my account frozen!! I cant feed my kids Cant even buy them winter clothes due to the incompetency of this bank!! I am now proceeding legal action for this! But I am here to warn all other POTENTIAL OR FNB CLIENTS rather stay away as they don’t care at all about you nor your finances! Pathetic with absolutely no response or customer care they always “escalate the matter” but NOTHING happens! Please STAY AWAY
