Block on international transaction without notice

I have just had a call with your forex department, which has blocked my account from using Apple Pay for my storage and music. The agent said I need to have a job to have access to international payments. I asked him where an international student gets a job. I have been with your bank since 2016 and I have never had such an experience before. I told the agent that, even when opening a bank account, I was never informed of that.
