Block on accounts
FNB placed a block on my accounts due to outstanding fica documents. I've submitted the required documents last week but the block has not been lifted. Yesterday I phoned the call center and they said that all my documents were in order and that the block would be lifted. This morning the block has still not been lifted. Surely FNB would understand the urgency of restoring my banking!
