Block for no reasons

Hi every one!

My account was blocked for no reasons Sept 04th So 20 days no letters no phone calls

I went branch on green point (Cape Town) twice. But no updates. Even i cannot close my account or take my money back. I recon this is unprofessional and not nice to your customers to act like this
