Block Accounts Willy-Nilly

You blocked my digital banking after I asked you to remove a phone that I got ****** off from. So your consultant went and blocked my whole account without warning me about it. I had then called back and told them I can't reach a branch as I have broken bones and it difficult to move from a to b as I need to be transported. So she said she'll ask a selfie with me holding the ID and midway through she says she is offline. May you please unblock my account. So I can close my Business account and bank somewhere else. most useless bank when it comes to customer care.
