Block accounts ***9

Had case ***9 for money that was paid in my account and transferred to my capitec Account the funds was investigated and hold on my FNB and Capitec case have been resolved more the 2 weeks back FNB account is lifted but Capitec still blocked. Capitec said they are waiting for FNB to send email to confirm case is close .

Can FNB please please send mail to confirm
