BLATENT NEGLIGENCE!

FNB just lets service providers debit credit cards willy nilly. They only claim to safeguard one's money. I have filled in the prescribed dispute form for the sum of R17848 on 15 April 2016 and yet have to see the reversal. This was an UNAUTHORISED amount. They did not bother to check with me, their client if this huge amount was indeed authorised especially since there was no PIN or ONE TIME PASSWORD utilised! FNB is not bothered. Clients should rather go to a bank that will take care of their money not "dish it out" to all and sundry.
