I called in to there personal loans division last week asking if I can get a January Payment break on from my accounts so I can attend to other things as this is what it states on their very own website / google "Take-A-Break in January*. Keep your personal loan up to date and automatically get a well-deserved payment break every January. Tell me more ..." and was told no problem of which I am glad I called from the work phone to ensure the call is recorded and will definitely take matters further against them as I was blatantly **** to by their representatives and also their website advertising is blatantly false as low and behold they debited my Account today. I have not missed a single payment on my credit agreements with FNB EVER and now **** to and public false advertising is the last draw. F%$# them. Lying bunch of Legal ******.
