Blatant thievery

I have been struggling for weeks to close accounts and get rid of them. Everytime money is owing I pay it still they do not close it. The app is useless the online banking bad. Seems like my only option is the ombudsman. Don't even tell me to go to a branch because I did and they told me I must phone. This bank is what nightmares are made of.
