Blatant Lying to the Ombudsman !!!!

I lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman against Private Wealth and Share Investing for loss of income, and got a mail from the Ombudsman saying that FNB has resolved the issue. This was never the case. You are taking chances and risks with your clients' money. There seems to be a lot of complaints against you people recently, and this how you deal with your clients?? By lying??
