BLATANT *****! LACK OF CONTROLS!
I have had this problem with you before and said you've fixed it! You claim to have DEBICHECK to enable me to approve or decline any new debit orders against my account, and yet I have received an SMS from a company that doesn't exist and have never interacted with, claiming to have successfully set up a debit order due tomorrow on my account. As mentioned this has happened previously, and evidently your promises are a load of hot air.
