Blasphemy by an FNB employee

I visited Ermelo's FNB branch. A FNB employee named Sydney and myself got very agitated after my instructions was not followed and I asked to speak to the manager. Sydney used the Lord's name in vane when he stood up and said: "Jesus". I told him that I am a christian and that his manner was unexceptable. He them repeated: "Jesus" 3 times in response to this. A manager came, I asked to render a complaint, I was told they do not handle complaints inhouse, I then rendered a complaint on FNB's website. I have received no feedback.
