Blacklisted without any notice

I have issues with First National Bank. Supposed I got a loan with them in 2007, for R14,000. "I think that was the loan amount". Now I see balance is R24,000. I went through a very bad patch with my health and financially. When I checked my account some time later, a R0 balance showed. To my knowledge, I was never contacted by FNB regarding the account. I took it that the insurance settled.

A few years later, "2019" I wanted to open an account & loan with FNB. I was called back days later informing me my application was unsuccessful because I am under debt review. HUGE SURPRISE!!! I have absolutely no idea of any I have no judgments , never been under debt review or anything else.

I am listed due to "Late payments" by African Bank. This account went into arrears due to ill health which lead to me loosing my job. In this case I also never received any correspondence after I submitted documents to African Bank, informing them of my situation. I was never made aware of the bank intending to list me on the Bureau.

What is the compulsory insurance which is charged on your account monthly, there for?

If a debit order is returned as "unsuccessful" due to "insufficient funds" Companies charge penalties for this and then the bank also have there own charge for this "transaction".

Surely, if I state, to the company, I will make EFT PAYMENT monthly, they need to respect this!

So, I receive a minimal pension monthly. Which supports my partner, mother and myself, rent food etc. I have Lost everything, my furniture, was in storage, most was ******, damaged or just not anywhere to be found.

I would appreciate it if forwarded FNB and African Bank forward me a letter, which will help me clear me from the ITC, affording me the opportunity to build my own house. Get some pride back. Being a nurse by profession, i find it extremely disgusting the way I get treated at times. I am in the process of purchasing a home as a first time buyer with municipal or state assistance and my pension fund. Offer to Purchase has been accepted buy the seller. The only obstacle in my way now is the credit bureau.

I feel that I have suffered enough and as a Person receiving a Disability and assistance for purchasing a home, I have to take what is due to me.

URGET ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED BY ME

PLEASE HELP
