Blacklisted for a paidup temporary loan

I took a temporary loan with fnb on the 5th of January 2019 and the loan was fully paid three days later on the 8th of January 2019. To my surprise when I checked my itc record the same loan indicates that it is open and current and it does not have the last date of payment, meaning according to fnb I only took out the loan and never paid it. This is disgusting. I ask myself why was I blacklisted and how long does it take for fnb to send paid accounts to itc and why. This has seriously affected my credit score.
