Black listed on being approved for payment holiday

During lock down we asked for a payment holiday. This was approved. Unfortunately, the moment the approved us they also blacklisted us. Apparently anyone who asked for a payment holiday during covid were blacklisted. We own a company and think this is completely unacceptable. We have been in email contact with Neo Sithole. He has been great but does not answer his phone. I have filled out the forms that he requested yet we are still black listed. This is unacceptable. Bla
