Black Friday Smart Device - R100 Credit only...

I have been trying to add a Smart device to my account for a Black Friday deal - however the system is incorrectly saying I only have a credit limit of R100 and cannot get the device... I literally have the full amount in my account to buy the device outright.

I tried contacting FNB, then Smart device dept, then service dept, then told to goto a branch - which I did... and no one seems to know what they are doing...
