Black Friday sales

Good day.Please assist.I app**** online for the Apple watch on Black Friday (R189) and it was approved.I called in the next day and was told it was provisionally approved but there was a problem with the system but it was done and someone would call me to confirm the order telephonically which never happened.I then called again 2 days later and was told that my issue would be escalated to a manager and they would call me back and still nothing.I asked for a ref for the call and i was told to use my number which doesn't seem to work.i asked the guys on the Webchat but they keep reffering me to sales where i get promises of managers call backs but no watch, please assist !!
