Black Friday sale met with Fnb system Problem not getting deal

Waited till 12 midnight to take up Playstation 5 bundle only to receive an error message on FNB site We've detected a problem".Continuously Tried till 3.30am and finally got thru and items where sold. Not fair!! I find it hard to believe when I kept trying and it kept giving the error problem they are investigating.
